This Privacy Policy explains Ceiba Software and Arts, a costarican based company, organizer of the event called \u201cExpovit\u201d (\u201cExpovit\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) privacy practices for subscribers to our mailing list found in different web and social platforms (the \u201cLists\u201d). We created this Privacy Policy to explain what information we gather from you when you provide it to our List and how we may use and disclose this information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Privacy Policy is a stand-alone agreement between you and Ceiba Software and Arts, in the
form of Expovit. You, our subscribers are our main driver and we value you and the information you trust us as a user. And as part of our transparency policies, we share with you our Privacy Policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expovit is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected from those individuals
that buy tickets to our event, confidential, secure, and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with our commitment and realization of our obligation to meet existing privacy standards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By buying your ticket, you must be of legal age to provide your personal information to third parties according to your local legislation, if not, please do not subscribe to our mailing list. If we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post a new policy on our website (www.expovit.co.cr) and update the \u201clast updated\u201d date set forth above. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our online mailing lists and not to

    out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children\u2019s privacy and safety

    managed through the ticketing tool, Tito, it\u2019s privacy policies apply. We duplicate the database built

    We do not sell to, trade with or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable
    information unless we provide you with advance notice and consent, except as described herein.
    The term “outside parties” does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating Expovit, conducting our business or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to

    provide your information to the purchaser so that you may continue the relationship or business with us and our products. We may also release your information when we believe that release is
